Your FLP consultant
As FLP consultant I assume certain responsibilities toward YOU. As a consumer you should expect me to:
1.Serve you through a highest standards of ethics and integrity.
2.Provide right ,complete and truthful information about the price, quality, quantity, performance, and availability of our products.
3.Be always fair, honest and truthful.
4.Refrain from deceptive or unfair sales practices, claims or illustrations which are deceptive or misleading.
5.Provide true, applicable, relevant testimonials free from deceptive or unfair comparisons and comments.
6.Respect any lack of commercial experience of YOU. I shall not abuse the trust of each consumer, or exploit a consumer’s age, illness, handicap, lack of understanding or unfamiliarity with a language.
7.Your flp consultant will give you understandable and right answers to your questions including return policies; terms of guarantee; after-sales service; and delivery dates.
8.Respect your personal privacy. Telephone or electronic contact shall be made in a reasonable way and during reasonable hours to avoid intrusiveness.
9.Ensure the protection of all your private information.
